The Ivy League is a consortium of universities that share unique social, intellectual and professional opportunities and challenges. In the midst of contemporary American academic life, Muslims at these institutions grapple with these opportunities and challenges, as well as issues of identity and purpose. This fourth Ivy Muslims Conference invites Muslims to explore, interrogate and discuss these issues, especially as they relate to their intellectual and spiritual lives.
Please join us for our extraordinary upcoming event titled Faith & Football: A Conversation with NFL Players Hamza & Husain Abdullah on Tuesday, Feb. 26 at 7 pm at Battell Chapel! Hamza & Husain Abdullah played for the Arizona Cardinals & Minnesota Vikings, respectively. They have received national media coverage, including on ESPN, CNN, NBC & CBS, for putting their NFL careers on hold to perform Hajj with their parents last year. Come listen to their remarkable story as Muslims, African-Americans & professional athletes.
